Gresham House (AIM: GHE), the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that it received notice on 3 February 2021 that Mr Anthony Dalwood, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR of the Company, sold 37,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 823.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 3 February 2021 to fund a tax liability.
Following the sale, Mr Dalwood's resultant holding in the Company is 842,734 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 2.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
