Main Market Listing Update

Yew Grove REIT plc (LSE:YEW, Euronext:YEW), which owns a diversified portfolio of Irish commercial property assets, has initiated the process of listing on a main market of a recognised stock exchange in an EU member state. This is required by the Irish tax provisions governing REITs and the Company expects the process of listing on the Main Securities Market of Euronext Dublin to be completed within the first half of 2021. The Company will also continue to retain its quote on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
