Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that following a competitive tender process, it has received a letter of intent to enter into a multi-million pound contract for a large innovative, cloud-based surveillance control system to be installed in London commencing later this year. The precise scope and terms of the contract are currently being finalised and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Synectics will announce its audited final results for the year ended 30 November 2020 on 2 March 2021. A virtual meeting for analysts will be held at 09:00 on the day of the results announcement via Microsoft Teams.
