Vesting of Share Incentives/Options for Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (together "PDMRs")
Beazley plc announces that the following PDMRs have interests in deferred share awards, which were granted on 13 February 2018 under the Company's Deferred Share Plan. These deferred shares have vested as set out below. The details of the resulting share dealing transactions are also set out below.
