Bakkavor announces the appointment of Jill Caseberry, who will join the Board of Bakkavor on 1 March 2021 as an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Jill is an accomplished general manager with extensive sales, marketing and general management experience across a number of blue-chip companies including Mars, PepsiCo and Premier Foods. She brings a depth of understanding of the food industry, spending most of her career in marketing, commercial and general management roles in the food and beverage sector. Jill is currently a Non-executive Director of Bellway plc, C&C Group plc, St Austell Brewery and Halfords Group plc.

Jill's extensive executive experience in the food and beverage sector, where she has been involved in both turnaround and growth situations, in a range of branded and own label businesses, will be of significant benefit to the Board.
