The Company's issued capital as at 28 February 2021, consists of 367,223,598 ordinary shares of £0.001 each (Ordinary Shares) with voting rights attached. Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Equiniti Group plc as at 28 February 2021 is 367,223,598.
Shareholders may use the figure of 367,223,598 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Equiniti Group plc under the DTRs.
