APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

India Gary-Martin appointed to the Board as a Non-executive Director
Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC ("Euromoney" or the "Company"), the global B2B information services provider of price discovery, essential market intelligence and events, announces the appointment of India Gary-Martin as an independent non-executive Director of the Company. Ms Gary-Martin will join the Board on 24 March 2021.
Ms Gary-Martin spent her executive career in financial services, including serving as Managing Director and Global COO of Investment Banking Technology and Operations at JP Morgan Chase & Co, as the Programme Director for the largest component of the Royal Bank of Scotland/ABN AMRO merger, and as Chief Information Officer (Mortgage Capital Division Europe) at Lehman Brothers. She has worked in New York, London, Frankfurt, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
India Gary-Martin is currently the Principal of Leadership for Life where she is a leadership coach to CEOs and their teams. Ms Gary-Martin is Co-Chair of Women of the World US Advisory, President Emeritus of the City Women's Network and a former Chair of the charity, Making the Leap.
