Shanta Gold (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, together with the notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website. The AGM of the shareholders of the Company will be held at 11 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3EG on 24 March 2021 at 10:00am.

Shanta Gold is an East Africa-focused gold producer. It currently has defined ore resources at the New Luika Gold Mine ("New Luika") and the Singida Project ("Singida") in Tanzania and holds exploration licences covering approximately 1,100 km2 in the country. Shanta Gold also owns the West Kenya Project in Kenya with defined ore resources of 1.2 Mt grading 12.6 g/t and holds approximately 1,121 km2 wholly owned exploration licences and 40 km2 partially owned licences in the country.
