Extension of Block Listing
An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 13,860,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to the main market for listed securities. As required, an application has also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority to admit these shares to the Official List.
The shares will be used to satisfy all awards made for the next three years to all Informa Colleagues participating in the 2021-2023 Informa Equity Revitalisation Plan ("ERP"), the Group's new long-term equity programme.
All 13,860,000 shares are being reserved under an extension to an existing block listing and will be issued, as and when required, pursuant to the exercise of awards granted under the ERP (previously known as the 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan).
When issued, the shares reserved under the block listing will be fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
Admission is expected to become effective on 19 March 2021
As at 16 March 2021, the total number of shares with voting rights in Informa is 1,503,112,804.
