City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products investing in closed-end funds, would like to advise that our Executive Directors, Carlos Yuste, Head of Business Development, and Daniel Lippincott, Chief Investment Officer (KIM), have received an allocation of 46,000 and 20,000 share options respectively over City of London Investment Group PLC ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Options"). The exercise price for these Options is £5.04 per share, and they are exercisable from 16 March 2024 to 15 March 2031.
