BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

Sumo Group plc (AIM: SUMO), announces that a further application, in respect of The Sumo Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of 1,800,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the 'New Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy awards granted under the Plan. It is expected that admission will become effective on 29 March 2021.

When issued, the New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
