Issue of Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights
ThinkSmart (AIM: TSL) announces that it has today allotted 32,820 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's existing block listing facility, pursuant to the exercise of share option awards by an employee.
The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 106,542,814. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
