Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, together with the Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). These documents are available to view on the Company's website at https://www.jupiteram.com/investor-relations/. The AGM is scheduled to be held at 11.00am on Thursday 6 May 2021 at The Zig Zag Building, 70 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6SQ.
As announced by the UK Government when setting out the roadmap to easing lockdown restrictions in England, the current prohibition on non-essential travel and public gatherings will remain in place until after the date of the AGM. Regrettably, therefore, this year's AGM will need to be run as a closed meeting and it will not be possible for shareholders to attend in person.
A shareholder engagement webinar will be held in advance of the AGM, on 22 April 2021 at 4pm. This will enable shareholders to hear the presentations which would have been provided at the AGM and ask questions directly to the Board, before they are required to submit their proxy votes. In light of the potential for the Covid-19 situation in the United Kingdom to change rapidly, shareholders are advised to check the Company's website and announcements for any updates in relation to the AGM arrangements that may need to be provided at https://www.jupiteram.com/investor-relations/.
Copies have been lodged with the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
