Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights

 

On 26 March 2021, the Company issued and allotted 7,786 ordinary shares of £0.00438 each ('Ordinary Shares') to employees following the exercise of awards under the Tungsten Corporation plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan.

The Shares have been issued out of the block listing of 560,000 ordinary shares in the Company that was admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 24 September 2020, as referenced in RNS Number 7886Z dated 23 September 2020. 

On 26 March 2021, the Company has 126,216,714 ordinary shares in issue with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 126,216,714 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
