Completion of buyback of management shares
Following the approval of all the share buyback contract by the passage of an ordinary resolution at the general meeting of the Company held on 23 March 2021, the Board of Secured Income Fund plc announces that it has actioned the buyback and cancellation of 49,999 Management Shares of £1 each as set out in the circular of the Company dated 26 February 2021.
