In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading global digital performance publisher, confirms the number of US$0.000001 Ordinary shares in issue as at 31 March 2021 is 213,796,071. The Company does not hold any Ordinary shares in treasury.  

 

The above figure of 213,796,071 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
