Grant of share options
Pathfinder announces that, further to its 17 March 2021 announcement and all resolutions being passed at the Company's General Meeting held on 29 March 2021, it has now granted a second set of options over the Company's ordinary shares ("Share Options") to Jonathan Summers, an independent non-executive director of the Company.
The Share Options are over 6,000,000 Ordinary shares in the Company and will be exercisable at a price of 1.25 pence per share until 31 March 2023.
Following this award, the following directors have the following interests in options over the Company's shares:
