Alpha FX Group plc

("Alpha", the "Company" or the "Group")

Notice of Annual General Meeting & Posting of Annual Report & Accounts

Alpha FX Group plc (AIM:AFX), a provider of FX risk management and alternative banking solutions to corporates and institutions internationally, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 will today be posted to shareholders, together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts will be available shortly on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website (www.alphafx.co.uk).

The Company's AGM will be held at its UK office, Brunel Building, Canalside Walk, London, England, W2 1DG on 5 May 2021 at 09:00 a.m. (British Summer Time).

Under UK government guidelines on social distancing and gatherings, the Board has concluded that shareholders should not attend the AGM in person this year and instead, it is the Company's intention to proceed with holding the AGM on 5 May 2021 at 9.00 a.m. with the minimum quorum of shareholders present in order to conduct the business of the meeting (being two shareholders). Whilst the current guidance remains in place, no other shareholders will be permitted to physically attend the meeting in line with our Articles of Association.

Instead of attending this year's AGM, shareholders are asked to exercise their votes by submitting their proxy electronically or by post, by no later than 10.00 a.m. (British Summer Time) on 30 April 2021, being 48 hours (excluding non-working days) before the time fixed for holding the AGM. Shareholders can only appoint the "Chairman of the meeting" as proxy, as no other proxy will be permitted to attend the meeting. In addition, should a shareholder have a question that they would have raised at the meeting, we ask that they send it by e-mail to agm@alphafx.co.uk. The Company will publish these questions (other than any questions which the Directors consider to be frivolous or vexatious, or which cannot be addressed for legal or regulatory reasons) and answers on its website as soon as practicable after the AGM.

In connection with the AGM, the following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders today:

1.    Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting; and

2.    Proxy forms for the 2021 Annual General Meeting.

The formal notice of the AGM can be found on the company's website, https://www.alphafx.co.uk/investors/financial-information/reports-and-accounts/
