Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 8 April 2021 that on the same day George Stewart, Operations Director; (i) sold 6,910 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £2.89, and (ii) purchased 6,880 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £2.89.
George Stewart's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company now stands at 52,563 Ordinary Shares.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
