Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM: VANL), the market leading geotechnical and ground engineering group, will hold an investor presentation to introduce the acquisition of ScrewFast Foundations Ltd, the innovative helical piling and steel modular foundations company, at 3pm on Tuesday 20 April 2021.
