Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Singapore/London, 13 April 2021 - Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the fully integrated provider of satellite communications equipment and electronics, confirms its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 is now available for download on the Company's website at: globalinvacom.com/pages/downloads.

Due to safety precautions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in person. The AGM will be held by way of electronic means on Wednesday, 28 April 2021 at 4.00 p.m. (SGT). The resolutions of the AGM, Form of Proxy and instructions for shareholder participation can be found within the Annual Report.
