London Stock Exchange Group plc - Block Listing Application

London Stock Exchange Group plc (the Company) confirms that a block listing application has been made for, in aggregate, 1,567,988 voting ordinary shares of 6 ^79/86 pence each in the Company pursuant to the following share schemes:

·    London Stock Exchange Group Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 (including its sub-plan, the LCH Group Long Term Incentive Plan);

·    London Stock Exchange Group Restricted Share Award Plan 2018;

·    London Stock Exchange Group International Sharesave Plan 2018; and

·    London Stock Exchange Group SAYE Option Scheme,

to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on London Stock Exchange's Main Market (Admission). Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 15 April 2021.

Once issued in accordance with the relevant share schemes, all of the above shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing voting ordinary shares of the Company.
