Appointment of a Non-Executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Carolyn Flowers as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 June 2021. In addition, Carolyn will become a member of the Board's Safety & Environment Committee.

During her career, Carolyn has held a number of significant leadership roles in transportation, in both public and private sectors. She is currently a partner and Managing Principal at InfraStrategies LLC and an independent director on the board of Cubic Corporation. Carolyn also serves on several transportation industry and trade non-profit boards.

Carolyn was previously a Senior Vice President, Americas Transit Market at AECOM, a presidential appointee at the US Federal Transit Administration where she worked for two years, CEO/Director of public transit for Charlotte Area Transit Systems, COO for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Authority responsible for Bus operations and Freeway Service Patrol and she was an independent director on the board of MV Transportation, Inc.
