FRESNILLO PLC - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DIVIDEND

Fresnillo plc (or "the Company") confirms that its 2021 annual general meeting (the AGM) will be held on Thursday 24 June 2021 at 12 noon. This date is later than the usual date for the AGM (usually held in May) and has been set following an evaluation of the optimal date for holding the AGM, in light of COVID 19 restrictions and the UK Government's "Roadmap out of Lockdown". As a consequence of holding the AGM on this date, the Company confirms that the record date for the final dividend being proposed for approval at the AGM will be Friday 21st May 2021 and the payment date will be Wednesday 30 June 2021. These dates supersede those set out in the Company's preliminary announcement on 2 March 2021.
