Response to Questions Received from a Shareholder

in Relation to the Annual General Meeting

Singapore/London, 27 April 2021 - The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Global Invacom would like to provide the following information in response to questions raised by a shareholder in relation to the Company's Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31 December 2020:

Question 1:

Is the Group contributing to the Starlink project in some form?

Company's Response:

We prefer not to comment on specific projects generally as they typically relate to product development and are subject to confidentiality.  However, any material news regarding any and all projects will be announced in the normal manner.

Question 2:

Are manufacturing operations back at full capacity since COVID-19 struck?

Company's Response:

After initial COVID-19 lockdowns in many countries, we are largely back to work in our factories and design centres. We are however not working at full capacity in our factories as there is a worldwide shortage of electronic components (mainly semiconductors) castings, printed circuit boards, transport (shipping and trucks) and labour (given that some governments are funding employees to stay at home).

Question 3:

Are there any future growth areas aside from DOS and DTH that may be promising for the Company?

Company's Response:

There is so much going on in Space industry-related technology at the moment. As a result, we find ourselves constantly appraising new opportunities that build on our core competencies.
