Gfinity (AIM: GFIN), a world-leading esports provider, announces that as a result of the issue of 10,499,996 new ordinary shares to satisfy various option and warrant exercises by employees, the Company's issued share capital as at 27 April 2021 comprises 887,013,248 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 887,013,248.

The figure of 887,013,248 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
