Director Shareholdings, Exercise of EBT Options and Total Voting Rights

Avingtrans plc, which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules and associated services to the energy and medical sectors, announces certain dealings in its shares.

Shares Awarded Under Joint Ownership EBT

116,330 ordinary shares are to be awarded to certain PDMRs of the Company out of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT Shares"). The details of these awards, together with the resultant shareholdings, are set out below.

(2)      This figure includes 310,253 held by Helen King

Total Voting Rights

There's is no change due to the above, the Company will have a total of 31,971,307 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
