Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Plus500, a leading online service provider for trading Contracts for Difference internationally, announces that today it has issued 66,726 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") out of the Ordinary Shares held in treasury, in accordance with resolution 15 as approved by the shareholders at the Company's 2021 AGM. The number of ordinary shares allotted was calculated based on the ordinary share price on 1 January 2021 (the effective payment date), which was 1,450 pence per share.
Following the issue of these shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 101,639,785 (excluding treasury shares), and the Company will hold 13,248,592 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Plus500 will be 101,639,785. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
