As previously announced, on 19 April 2021 DWTH Holdings, Inc ("DWTH") notified the Company of its interest  in 868,203 Ordinary Shares of ten pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares were issued to DWTH as part of the consideration for the acquisition of d-Wise Technologies, Inc ("d-Wise") which legally completed on 1 April 2021.

 

On 30 April 2021, DWTH confirmed to the Company that, as intended, registered ownership of these Ordinary Shares had been transferred to the two d-Wise founding shareholders and 16 other d-wise shareholders. Accordingly, DWTH no longer has in interest in Ordinary Shares.
