Repayment of Director Loan
Further to the announcement on 18 November 2020 regarding a loan that was extended to Mr Matthew Hudson, CEO, in connection with partly paid shares subscribed for by Mr Hudson at the Company's IPO, the Group announces that this loan has now been repaid in full.
