PDMR / PCA Share Sale
FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, has been notified that on 6 May 2021, Adam Devey, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, and his wife, Nicola Devey, sold a total of 68,906 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). Nicola Devey sold 35,000 shares at a price of 20.37 pence per share, 20,348 shares at 20.38 pence per share and 8,000 at 20.25 pence per share. Adam Devey sold 5,558 shares at 20.27 pence per share.
Following these transactions Mr Devey and his connected persons no longer hold any Ordinary Shares, but hold options over a total of 68,906 new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Company's Share Matching Scheme.
