Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Borders & Southern (AIM: BOR), a London based independent oil and gas exploration company, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2020, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, has been posted to shareholders. Both documents will shortly be available on the Company's website.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 June 2021 at 11 a.m. at 33 St James' Square, London SW1Y 4JS. Due to continued uncertainty regarding Government guidelines on meetings indoors, no shareholders will be able to attend.
