2021 Annual General Meeting arrangements

As advised in the Notice of AGM issued on 7 April 2021, the Company's AGM will be held on Thursday, 20 May 2021 at Cavendish House, 18 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PJ at 9.30am. 

In light of Government advice regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, to comply with the regulations and maintain appropriate social distancing, the AGM will be a closed meeting this year and we regret that shareholders will not be able to attend.

Shareholder participation in the meeting is, however, strongly encouraged.  Votes can be cast through the appointment of a proxy in accordance with the guidance provided in the notice of meeting and the notes accompanying it.  The notice of meeting and associated notes may be found on the Investor Centre of the Company's website, www.SecureIncomeREIT.co.uk/Investor-Centre/.

Any shareholder wishing to submit a question to the Board in advance may do so via email.  Please state your name and your shareholder reference number (as printed on your share certificate or obtained by contacting the Registrar, whose details appear in the notes to this announcement) and email enquiries@SecureIncomeREIT.co.uk by 9:30am on Wednesday, 19 May 2021.

The Company will ensure that all legal requirements of the meeting, in accordance with its Articles of Association, are satisfied through the attendance in person of the minimum number of two shareholders, with social distancing measures in place. The format of the meeting will be purely functional and the Company's advisors will not be present. The results of the meeting will be announced following conclusion of the meeting.
