The Annual Report and Accounts has been posted to shareholders in which notice is given that the ninth Annual General Meeting of WANdisco plc will be held at the UK Company's offices, Castle House, 1-13 Angel Street, Sheffield S3 8LN, on 16 June 2021 at 10am.
