System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has received notification on 14 May 2021 of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares by one of its Directors ("Shares").
Rupert Howell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 Shares at a price of 230 pence per Share. Following the purchase, Rupert Howell now holds 10,000 Shares, representing 0.08% of the Company's total voting rights.
