Issue of Management Shares

Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products company supplying hardware and software used by professional and amateur musicians and the entertainment industry, is pleased to announce the issue of 13,337 management share awards to the Company's recently appointed Chief Financial Officer, Sally McKone.

The shares, to be issued from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust were determined by the Company's Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board.

The shares will vest in three tranches; the first tranche of 3,176 shares vested in March 2021, the second tranche of 4,029 shares will vest in March 2022 and the third tranche of 6,132 shares will vest in March 2023. 

Following the announcement of the Company's interim results, on 13 May 2021 the Company has awarded the first tranche on 17 May 2021 which comprises 3,176 shares.  After the Company cash settled the resulting tax and deducted the National Insurance element, Sally McKone will be awarded a net holding of shares in the first tranche resulting in total beneficial holding of 1,683 being 0.003% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
