Appointment of Non-executive Director
IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a leading developer of geospatial productivity and collaboration software for telecoms and utility network operators, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carolyn Rand to the Board as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 26 May 2021. In addition, Carolyn will chair the audit committee.
Carolyn is a board professional with considerable experience in financial and business leadership, governance and strategy planning across public and private enterprises. Most recently, Carolyn was CFO of AIM-quoted Bango plc where she remains a strategic adviser, and has recently been appointed as a governor of the College of West Anglia. Her experience also includes senior roles in large multinationals such as Smith and Nephew plc and Sepura plc, executive roles within high-growth technology and scientific businesses like Zinwave and Isogenica, and international NGOs such as Birdlife International. Carolyn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
