Total Voting Rights
Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO), the developer of next-generation proton therapy systems for cancer treatment, announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 349,409,021 ordinary shares of 25p each, with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares").
On 1 June 2021, a further 425,709 Ordinary Shares will be issued as detailed in the Company's announcement on 26 May 2021. Therefore, from 1 June 2021 the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 349,834,730 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total voting rights in the Company will be 349,834,730. From 1 June 2021, the figure of 349,834,730 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
