| PensionBee wishes to announce that on 28 May 2021 it made an application to the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for a block admission to trading of 4,366,400 ordinary shares of £0.001 each (the "Shares") in the Company to be admitted to the High Growth Segment on the Main Market of the LSE. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will rank parri passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. |
| Admission is expected to be effective on or around 3 June 2021. These shares are being reserved under a block admission to trading and may be issued following exercises in connection with the Company's EMI share option scheme and non tax-qualifying option scheme. |
