Appointment of New Chairman
Pennant International Group plc (AIM:PEN)(the "Company"), a leading global provider of training technology and integrated product support solutions, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

Following Simon Moore's retirement as a director at the end of the AGM, the Company has appointed John Ponsonby as its new Chairman with immediate effect. Mr Ponsonby is an independent non-executive director and, prior to this appointment, was the Company's Vice-Chair.
