88 Energy Limited ("88 Energy" or the "Company", ASX:88E, AIM:88E, OTC:EEENF) is pleased to confirm that further to 88 Energy's acquisition of a 50% working interest from Alaska Peregrine Development Company, LLC ("APDC") in Project Peregrine, announced earlier today, the Company has today issued 235,454,781 fully paid ordinary shares (the "New Ordinary Shares") at a deemed issue price of A$0.022 per share to APDC as initial consideration.
Application has been made for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with Admission expected to occur on 11 June 2021. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu to the existing ordinary shares in the Company, the Company has a total of 13,146,545,212 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
