Results of General Meeting
Belvoir Group PLC (AIM:BLV), a leading UK property franchise Group is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held at 14:00 today, 14 June 2021, the single resolution put before the meeting relating to the final 2020 dividend was passed unanimously, with 15,048,029 proxy votes in favour and none against. The final 2020 dividend will accordingly be paid on 16 June 2021.
