DIRECT LINE INSURANCE GROUP PLC

COMPLETION OF FIRST TRANCHE OF SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAMME

 

Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") announces that following the purchase of ordinary shares on Friday, 11 June 2021, the first £50 million tranche of the Company's share repurchase programme of up to £100 million, which has been managed by Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc and was announced on 8 March 2021, has completed in accordance with its terms. In aggregate, between 9 March and 11 June 2021, the Company repurchased and cancelled 16,623,215 ordinary shares.
