Alpha Growth plc (LSE: ALGW), the financial services specialist in the growing longevity asset class, wishes to clarify to the market in response to shareholder queries that Alpha acquired shares in Northstar Group (Bermuda) Ltd.
Alpha did not acquire any shares in Northstar Financial Services Bermuda Limited, which the Company understands is in liquidation in Bermuda. Northstar Financial Services Bermuda Limited is not related to Northstar Group (Bermuda) Ltd.
