Q1 2021 Dividend Declaration

Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the UK's only Midlands-focused Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), with a portfolio of 1.6 million sq ft of commercial property across all sectors, is pleased to announce that in accordance with its progressive dividend policy, REI will pay a fully covered Q1 2021 dividend of 0.75 pence per share for the period 1 April 2021 to 30 June 2021 (Q1 2020: 0.5 pence per share).  The payment will be made on 23 July 2021 to all shareholders on the register as at 2 July 2021.  The ex-dividend date will be 1 July 2021.  This dividend will be a Property Income Distribution (PID).
