Executive LTIP - PDMR Dealings
Keywords Studios, the international technical services provider to the global video games industry, today announces that the following conditional awards ("Conditional Awards" or "Salary Shares") were granted on 21 June 2021 under the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan dated 8 July 2013 (as amended on 22 April 2016) ("LTIP"), as announced in the Company's 2020 Annual Report.
