McKay Securities Plc ("McKay" or the "Company")

Confirmation of AGM Arrangements

Further to the Company's Notice of Meeting dated 2 June 2021, the Company provides the following update in respect of arrangements for its forthcoming 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which is scheduled to be held on 1 July 2021.

Despite the UK Government's recent announcement that the current Stage 3 coronavirus restrictions are to remain in place, the Company confirms that the AGM will take place as set out in the Notice of Meeting, although there will be the need for appropriate restrictions to comply with Government guidelines.

If shareholders wish to attend the meeting in person, the Company requests that you register your intention as soon as possible by contacting info@mckaysecurities.plc.uk marked for the Company Secretary's attention, to enable the necessary planning to take place. Regrettably the meeting will be limited to the formal agenda and there will be no opportunity for informal circulation of shareholders or directors before or after the meeting, and no refreshments will be available. All attendees will be required to wear face masks and maintain social distancing and the Company reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone who cannot satisfy any arrangements that the Board considers appropriate in order to protect the safety of those attending the meeting.

Shareholders and corporate representatives that decide not to attend the AGM in person are welcome to submit any questions in advance of the meeting via email to info@mckaysecurities.plc.uk. These should be marked for the Company Secretary's attention and be received before 5.00pm on 28 June 2021. Questions and answers will be published on the Company's website within 24 hours of the meeting concluding.

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote ahead of the AGM by completing and returning their Proxy Form prior to the meeting and appointing the Chair of the AGM to act as your proxy to vote on your behalf.  The Proxy Form should be completed, signed and returned in accordance with the instructions printed thereon as soon as possible and in any event by no later than 11.30am on 29 June 2021.
