Results of Annual General Meeting
Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
The full text of the resolutions considered at the AGM is set out in the Notice of AGM published on 2 June 2021, available on the Company's website at www.huwplc.com.
