Annual General Meeting Details

HICL advises that, as announced in the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") Circular dated 9 June 2021, the Company's AGM is to be held at Coworth Park, Blacknest Road, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 7SE at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 20 July 2021 (the "2021 AGM").

Despite the easing of UK restrictions on physical gatherings recently announced by the UK Government, the Board has made provision for electronic facilities to allow shareholders to observe both the business of the 2021 AGM and a presentation from the Investment Manager without needing to be physically present at the venue.
