("Draper Esprit" or the "Company")
Grant of Options and dealings by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm involved in the creation, funding and development of high-growth digital technology businesses, announces that options (the "Options") over a total of 320,944 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded to certain PDMRs of the Company pursuant to the Company's new Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), as set out below.
The Options awarded under the LTIP have a nominal value exercise of 1p price and are subject to LTIP performance conditions which, together with a summary of the LTIP, are set out in the Company's prospectus published earlier today, a copy of which is available at www.draperesprit.com.
After the grant of these Options, the PDMRs set out below have the following Ordinary Shares and Options:

* Options over 88,682 Ordinary Shares, 60,923 Ordinary Shares and 60,642 Ordinary Shares granted to Messrs Davis, Chapman and Wilkinson respectively will lapse if the existing Ordinary Shares are not admitted to the premium listing segment of the official list of the FCA, traded on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, admitted to a secondary listing on the official list of Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin and to trading on the Euronext Dublin Market, by 16 July 2022.
The notification set out in the Annex below, which was made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of such purchase.
